Automated Dry Storage

Advantages for Boats ... and Boat Owners

Boat Hull Preservation

The advantage that DockServices® offers over conventional dry storage methods is that the boat hull will never come in contact with forks thus protecting the boat from scuffing, premature wear or other risks of accident. DockServices® automated handling cradle is specifically designed for the boat.

And Protection

From Mishandling
The DockServices® method also helps protect the boat against potential dysfunctions with the handling equipment. There is no intermediate reloading from when the boat is put into the water or its storage place. Only one machine is used for handling. The DockServices® solution eliminates the need to move the boat several times and prevents additional risk factors.

From Fires
The boat will be effectively protected by three systems (when all options are selected):

• Overhead Sprinkler System Inside of The Building
• Fire System With Reservoir Outside of The Building
• Hydrocarbon Fire Emulsion Storage Cistern

From Theft
Security is provided and monitored 24 hours/7 days a week by closed circuit television along with intrusion alarm systems. And for storms, the building is designed to withstand category 4 hurricanes. With these considerations in place you can rest assured that your vessel is safe from damage and/or theft and always remains clean and fully protected from sun.

Availability of Boat in Less Than 5 Minutes

A request for launch or removal of the boat can be accomplished by the owner upon arrival or in advance.

Rinsed Upon Removal From Water

Upon selection of the RINSE OPTION, the boat is rinsed with high-pressure fresh water as soon as it is removed from the water. There is no need for wash racks eliminating additional risks to the boat. The boat is then on its way to its designated spot.
